PLC81 - The gross amount of the ‘Tarla Dalal’ cookery show, fundraised was Rs. 81,500 this includes Rs 21,500 received by way of sponsorship in kind. The net amount raised was Rs 60,000.

PHLC101 - Our first fund raiser on 27th January, 2007,event was a movie – ‘Salaam-E-Ishq’ . The entire proceeds are proposed to be utilized for the upliftment of the orphanage Mukhbhadhir Ashram at Wagholi. Rs. 5000/-.
SMLC102 - VALENTINE DAY Dine & Dance Couple Party Organised as a Fund Raiser.

PUBLICITY

BWLC10 – Publicity in Papers for the vacc.. Banners and printing on the tickets gave us wide publicity during the fund raising of the play ‘Chanakyashastra’.

BLC56 – Particiaption with the RTI group in the Mumbai Marathon on 21st Jan.

PMLC53 - Posters of the play were put up at strategic locations across the city .  Newspaper ads were out before the play in the Pune newsline and Pune times.   The newspapers also included a write up on the Circle and Table as well as the play
Calenders were distributed to all those attending the play as well as to other Tables and Circles and the Sponsors

ALC64 - We had good publicity coverage for BPA Idol from electronics media like Etv and Radio Mirchi. This event had good coverage by print media (Divyabhaskar) too.

BLC76 - An article on various activities of BLC-76 was published in anniversary issue of Times of India.

SMLC102 - Valentine Day Party was publicized by printing beautiful Invitation Cards and this Party was Reported along with Coloured Photo in the Local News Paper Divya Bhasker.
BLOOD CAMP was reported in the local news papers and was announced on the local TV news channel the whole day.  We advertised our blood camp by distributing 2000 leaflets in the local news paper.

HRD

BWLC10 –Joint HRD planned for 1st of May with the Table 6. A nite out.

BLC56 - Joint  HRD for twinklers to be planned with other city circles.

BLC76 -  Twinklers HRD planned for April.
PLC81 - Hrd on tarot reading was organized on 19th of feb. Many more HRD to be done in future

PHLC101 - We had an HRD Programme on the 16th March, It was a two and a half hour session conducted by Cr Rakhi Desai, Area 3 chairperson on Circling, communication and friendship.

CONTRIBUTION TO ``R'' AND NEWSLETTER

BWLC10 – Sent few twinklers computer drawings.

SLC72 – 3 articles – COPS, Social ‘Mangal Parinay’ and Twinklers club have been sent.

• LC 72, 76 and 90 have sent in applications for grant benefits from RTIF, RTIT AND FSF FUNDS.

SUPPLY HOUSE – No Sales. The pending goods will be sent by April end.

 Twinklers Club

 SLC72 – Movie’Bhagam Bhag’ organized.
Talent night organized with fantastic activities and yummy food and also lots of prizes.
Drawing competition with separate themes for the 2 age groups. Prizes and good food too was given.
