It gives me immense pleasure to present the half yearly report of Area-8.

For the 2nd Board Meeting of Ladies Circle India.

EXTERNAL EXTENSION
 
  • Agra ladies circle has been Chartered after finishing their 6 contact meetings in Jan. ,new Circle at Bareilly, kanpur is proposed.
LC-84 500 Sanitary napkins were distributed to women at local hospital
   Acharya narayan Dev school were taken to observatory as a science tour
  Circlers made further visits for chikankari project with the embroidery teacher
   Hepititis-B two doses are given  
  Twinklers and Circlers entertained with variety program and snacks people at OldAge Home and village school children

FELLOWSHIP
  • All active Circles are attending City socials, projects.
  • Circlers from llc-84 & 88 attended area mid term meet at kanpur & participated in antakshri.
  • Cr. Luna represented area-8 at Atsumari.
LC-84 Theme socials– Cricket fever,shake your leg at discothecque, Holi meet, welcome to hell
  Chocolates were sent to Circlers on their birthday by the Circle
LC-88 Monthly Birthday Cake cut for Circlers.

HRD: circle orientation program at Agra
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: circlers on Heritage Mass Tour were attended at Agra
TWINKLERS CLUB
  • Full participation in Table and Circle activities.
 
RTF, ADPS, RJSS, AMF DUES
LC-84 AMF dues and WOCO levy has been sent
LC 88 AMF dues and WOCO levy has been sent
LC-97 AMF dues and WOCO levy has been sent
  • LC-84 has applied for APS & recieved.
CONTRIBUTION TO “R” AND NEWSLETTER
  • Articles and reports sent by LC-84, and 88.
  • Circles of Area-8 have jointly sponsored the Jan issue of the National Newsletter.
