To,
All the Circle Chairperson & Secretaries

Dear Circler,
Warm Greetings to you and your circlers. It is time for the change of guard right across the circling movement, from the LC India National Board  to the circle executive.
At the outset, let me first congratulate you on taking over the mantle of leadership of your circle this year. Your election as Chairperson/Secretary carries with it a great responsibility- to the circle, the area and the association. I wish you the best as your circlers look forward to this year under your stewardship.
This year we have tried to introduce a software for the secretaries and are also distributing a Year Planner detailing the Do’s and events monthly to assist you in the smooth and efficient conduct of Circle Meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, reports and which will assist in the management of all the circle affairs. This software contains elaborate and exhaustive information on almost all aspects of circling.
I fervently hope that you use these to the utmost and request you to make any worthwhile suggestions for its improvement.
I wish you Good Luck in your endeavour as the Chairperson/Secretary of your circle.

With Warm Regards,

Yours in circling,
Cr.Mona Shanghavi                                                       Cr.Manila Jain
