Dear Prez Seetha and all the Board members,

This Quarter has been one of the most active Qtrs in the history of HRD of LC India. We have managed to train 14 Circles- 9 Circlers trained at the TTT  held at Delhi and 5 Circlers trained at the TTT held at Coimbatore.
On the request of our incoming president Cr. Mona , I will be forming our own Trainers yahoo group where we can interact and discuss our training modules which are typically Circling oriented. I request all to also give me the email id of those trainers who have been trained earlier so that nobody is left out.  Please give suggestions if any.

We are proud to say that the LC India Trainers have already begun their work with a lot of zeal.
Cr. Vandana has conducted the Junior Knights at Madurai.
Cr. Rakhi has conducted COPs with communication and friendship added to her module for PHLC-101.
Cr. Pooja Galundia organises and conducts modules regularly at Bhilwara.
Even Tr Prashant Hebsur has conducted the Junir Knights at Hubli.

I would request now all the new Trainers to take initiative and complete the COPs  in all the Circling Centres where the Circlers have not taken this programme in the last couple of years. We have many Circlers who have joined Circling in the last two  years and and we need to share Circling, bonding and friendship with them.

Area Chairpersons can help by having more Junior Knights held at various Centres as exams are over and vacations will begin in a months time. This is the best time friends, to tap the little ones.

Please do report any other HRDs conducted at any Centres as my report is purely based on information sent to me. Any expenses incurred for travelling- please send them to me and I will request Cr. Meenakshi to reimburse.
