Quarterly Report of the National Vice President, Ladies Circle India.
Warm greetings to each of you.
9 months have passed since each of us have played our roles adorned in this wonderful organization of ours Ladies Circle India. For me personally, the last 9 months have been a continuous process of growing as I learnt and understood. As we together progress and work towards success, friends, I feel honoured to present my report.
EXTENSION TO PROMOTE THE EXTENSION OF CIRCLES THROUGHOUT INDIA
This Aim & Object of ours has been so well practised across the country. Our gud list of inaugurations & charters prove this. This year we've had 4 charters & 3 inaugurations with the possibility of one more inauguration
  • Trichur Ladies Circle was chartered on Jan 13th 2007.Congrats Area 1.
  • Dehradhun Ladies Circle was inaugurated on Feb 3rd 2007.Congrats Area 5.
  • Agra Ladies Circle was chartered on Feb 4th 2007.Congrats Area 8
  • Bangalore Cosmopolitan Ladies Circle inaugurated on 24th March 2007.Great going Area 6.
  • Bangalore Knights Ladies Circle to be inaugurated on the 31st March 2007.A Big YO Area 6.
  • Informal talks had with the ladies of RT 177.Contact meetings to be soon initiated.
  • A whooping circlers have joined our fold in the last 9 months.
Thank you Area Chairpersons for making yourselves free to talk to me and update me on details whenever I call. I was honoured by your hospitality during my travel.Your support is inevitable & that is why we all rightly say ‘You all are our 10 fingers’.
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
  • LCI conference 2007 is in Estonia from 23rd–26thAug for which applications of 7 circlers for travel grant have been sent to LCI.
  • The LCI Conference 2009 Committee have had 2 meetings & a few convenors have been appointed.
  • LCI conference 2007 is in Estonia from 23rd – 25th Aug.
  • All correspondence with other countries have been recorded and acknowledged.
  • Greetings sent for all events to LCI and other member countries.
  • Many National Board members & circlers attended the ATSUMARI held in Hyderabad on the 16th & 17th March 2007.
  • Conference 2007 to be held in Cyprus in the end of August.
I thank President Cr.Seetha and all members of the board for your support, I look forward to your valuable suggestions & working with you all closely in the year ahead.
