Colourful Fellowship Plans for this year of Colouring Lives for Ladies Circle India
For Circles:
1. Area based Fellowship Basket:
The “Area Based Fellowship Basket” has
been initiated for increasing fellowship
among circles of the same area.
2. Most Colourful Circle Recognition:
“Most Colourful Circle” Recognition is
being presented to Circles excelling in
Fellowship in a quarter, .in the concerned
quarter.
3. Intra Area Friendship Mail:
The Friendship Mail was started with a colourful twist this year, with Circles
sending Friendship Mail to a Circle in a
different Area.
Each month in this Year of, “Colouring
Lives”, has been dedicated to an Area.
4. National Quarter theme:
A Common theme is being given to the
circles once a quarter to be practiced in
the circle meetings/socials/gettogehers at
least once during the quarter.
The 1st Quarter Theme was Vibgyor!
The 2nd Quarter Theme was Parents Day/
Back to School
The 3rd Quarter Theme is – Love-“Hearts &
Roses !!
For Twinklers:
5. Twinkler’s Exchange Program:
For the first time ever, we eill be
initiating a "Twinkler˘s Exchange Program"
which would be called " Hi Friends !" for twinklers of two different areas for this
year of "Colouring Lives"..
This would basically be a fun filled,
entertaining & educational trip............
These are the Area tieups done:.
Area 1 & Area 2,
Area 3 will billet & Area 10 will travel
there,
Area 5 will billet & Area 8 & Area 4 will
travel there
Area 6 will billet & Area 7 & Area 9 will
travel there.
This is a simple initiative for our
Precious twinklers for the 3rd Circling
Quarter.
We„ll have 1 Area as the Billeting Area
and the other Area will be the Travelling
Area..
6. Twinklers’ Summer Camp:
We would be organising two summer camps
with the help of two circles (One in north
and one in south) for the twinklers.
Calcutta Parkstreet Ladies Circle 46 to
organize a camp up northtowards Shimla, ,
Kulu Manali etc.
Conoor Ladies Circle to organize a camp in
Conoor ..
With Round Table India:
7. Hand in Hand with RTIndia
In this year of Colouring Lives, we have
been sincerely working hand in hand with
Round Table India. Circles are being
motivated to to participate in all the
opportunities which come across such as
themed socials, joint meetings, Inter Table
events.
8. “X” Factor:
The semi finals of the X Factor was organised in different Areas in the 2nd
Quarter.
The finals of the X Factor to judge the
Round Table King & the Ladies Circle India
Queen will be held on the 10th of January at
the Beach Party Nite in Goa.
9. The X Factor for the NEX RTIndia King &
LCIndia Queen
This was organised at the 2nd Board
Meeting of RTIndia & LCIndia in Hubli..
10. Fellowship Express:
A Fellowship Express was organised for the
NEX Members of LCIndia & RTIndia to visit
Hampi after the 2nd NEX Board Meeting at
Hubli.
11. Joint Outbound Friendship Tours with
RTIndia:
Joint Outbound Mass Tours outside India
are being organized along with RTIndia for
tablers/circlers/twinklers.
A total of 22 participants went for the
Outbound Mass Tour of RT India and LC India
to Kenya.
After a trip to Kenya, next in line, is
the wonderful trip to Nile & the Pyramids-
Egypt in February- March 2008.It
incorporates 3 nites in the Cruise as well.
12. Friendship Bingo
Applications are being received from all
the 10 Areas for the Friendship Bingo, which
is an initiative, wherein the Best
Fellowship Couple of an Area will be hosted
by another Area during the Midterm
Meets…during the third quarter.
