"We've always been hearing of Table meetings & parties, Circle meetings & parties, but today we have our own Twinkler's party. Feels Great!."

These were the sweet words expressed by our Twinkler's when we cirlcers of SLC-72 organized a fun filled evening for them. This year, by the imitative of our Chairperson Cr. Priti, we formed the "Twinkler's Club", a platform for our kids to enjoy, participate, develop & express themselves.

The twinklers were excited to join the club & they started filling up their forms.

I along with the support & active participation of my fellow circlers, have plans to organize one activity every month, each unique in itself. We sat the ball rolling on 23rd Sept.' 06 when Cr. Priti, Cr. Anju and Cr. Hemal hosted this very first Twinkler's evening at Chairperson Cr. Priti's residence.

'Pink n Blue' were the colors of the evening, where the girls were all dressed up in Pink & boys in Blue.

The evening started with a lucky dip-"The Fish Pond". Kids drew chits from the fish pond & the lucky ones got the gifts. The rest were back with smiles when each of them got a 'taaen taaen fish' After this exciting beginning, we circlers' - mothers of sweet Twinkler's gave them an enlightening welcome - in sync with our SLC-72's logo of 'Towards Light'

And then of course - the goodies followed - Cakes & sweets all this followed by cake cutting with a logo of Twinkler's pin and lovely dinner which had all the yummy dishes that could keep kids jumping for joy. It was difficult task to wind up since the kids wanted to go on & on. But then there was always the eager wait for the next event & anticipation of the surprises it would bring!

And the evening ended with all Smiles - we mothers' favorites'. Keep Twinkling dear Twinkler!!
